An initial free visit will be arranged where I can meet you and your cat and discuss your requirements in full. I will take detailed notes about your cats' likes and dislikes, habits, diet and medical history. To complete the Service Agreement I will require details of your veterinary surgery and at least one emergency contact. Please have your pet insurance and microchip details available if applicable.

Regular clients can make bookings simply and quickly by e mail or phone and at short notice if necessary especially if we are holding a set of your house keys.
